Emma Mullally

I’m Emma the Practice Manager at smile concepts. I have achieved a Level 5 ILM Business Management Diploma with UMD. I am a qualified tutor and NVQ Assessor with over 21 years experience as a qualified Dental Nurse.

In addition to practice management I also coordinate the postgraduate dental courses that smile concepts administer.

I have worked as a Specialist Dental Nurse for over 9 years where I have assisted the Specialists in all clinical and administrative duties, including implantology, oral surgery, periodontology, endodontics and Prosthodontics.

My role includes implant and patient co-coordinating where I have developed an effective patient communication and management system and an efficient implant stock keeping systems.

I have successfully designed and delivered Dental Nurse Courses in both Implantology and Oral Health education, and as part of my role mentored Dentists and Dental Nurses during the early stages of their treatment with patients.

I enjoy all aspects of dentistry and have a special interest in developing staff and ensuing patients at smile concepts receive excellent customer service. I am continually developing my knowledge by attending courses and reading journals.

In my spare time I enjoy ballroom dancing, socializing with friends and family and reading.
